Where is Rooster Row?

Rooster Row hugs Key West’s northeast corner, along N Roosevelt Boulevard in New Town. In fact, it’s the very first destination you’ll see once you arrive on the island from US 1. The neighborhood is conveniently located next to the Old Town Trolley Tour’s Roosevelt Station, minutes from Smathers Beach, and only 1.7 miles from Key West International Airport.

Bars & Restaurants on Rooster Row

Culinary adventure awaits on Rooster Row. The neighborhood has plenty of bars and restaurants to indulge in mouthwatering cocktails and island-inspired dishes. There’s Barefoot Bar & Brew, Salty Lime, Rum Row, and 24 North Hotel’s own Republica Bar & Lounge, a Havana-esque craft cocktail bar (there’s also a Starbucks on-site!). For eats, try The Garden Grille & Bar, The Blind Pig food truck, or Toasted Coconut for a Toasted Punch and plate of conch fritters.

Rooster Row offers all different ways to get tipsy on a dime. You’ll find a daily all-day Happy Hour on Rooster Row from noon to 10 p.m. (check the events calendar for a list of participating bars and times). Other deals include ‘Flocktail Friday’ at Rum Row - wear pink, tag your “flock” on social media, and get 10% off your tab. Plus, at Republica Bar & Lounge, it’s ‘Half Past Island Time’ every Wednesday, where select wines are half price.

What to Do on Rooster Row

Rooster Row has one of the largest entertainment venues and event spaces in Key West. The Sunset Green Event Lawn is a concert and live music venue, but also hosts diverse, recurring monthly events like Nama-Sit & Stay Yoga, Live at Sunset Monthly Concert Series, and Shakedown on the Green: Key West Local Artisan Market. Other events have included Super Bowl tailgate and watch parties, outdoor movie nights, and food truck pop-ups.
